Charity of Choice for CFJC TV Boogie the Bridge: The Kamloops Therapeutic Riding Association
Kamloops Therapeutic Riding Association (KTRA) is a local non-profit registered charity that provides therapeutic horseback riding for children, youth, and adults living with disabilities and diverse needs. Through the unique movement of the horse, our riders experience physical, emotional, and social benefits that traditional therapies often cannot provide, improving balance, strength, communication, confidence, and overall quality of life. For many participants, KTRA is more than a lesson each week; it is a place of connection, independence, and belonging.
Apply to be our next Charities of Choice!
We are accepting applications for our Charities of Choice. Eligible charities that support youth and/or families in the Kamloops area can apply. Boogie selects one or two Charities of Choice for a minimum of one year and a maximum of up to two years.
